As every set of Custom Forged Wheels is exclusively yours, technical CAD schematics are drawn up for each order by our engineers in Singapore to create true-to-life 2D & 3D visualizations of your chosen design.
What comes next is our full spectrum of Finite Element Analysis testing to ensure your wheels meet, and exceed, SAE/JWL/VIA/TUV standards of structural integrity that encompasses parameters such as loading weight, crash-worthiness and dynamic fatigues.
BRINGING YOUR DREAM WHEEL TO LIFE
We start with aerograde T6-6061 forged aluminum that is extruded into billets which form the basis of our wheels’ blanks. This 10,000-ton highly pressurized process creates a material of extremely refined grain structure that allows your Custom Forged Wheel to not only be lightweight but also possess unyielding strength
Our factory’s CNC lathe then begin to machine the wheels into shape, with the most advanced mechanisms and tool heads to create complex designs with flawless precision and detail.
QUALITY CHECKS & TESTING
Your Custom Forged Wheel does not leave the production line without first being subject to a battery of post-production tests to assure that they are engineering benchmarks of unmatched strength, durability and quality.
We employ industry-leading low tolerances when we test for Dynamic Cornering Fatigue, Dynamic Balancing, Radial Fatigue & Radial Runout.

Trevor has been absolutely patient through the design stages. This was super important to me being particular and quite an OCD. The 3D drawings was just amazing and accurately layered against the body and colour of the car. The manufacturing process only begins when the final design is confirmed.

Trevor has been very patient and professional with the entire process; from providing various wheel designs on 2D model of the car and once the design has been chosen/customised the 3D model of the rims was provided. The entire process took about 1month plus which I feel was actually quite fast for a custom forge wheel production. The final product and finish turned out way better than my expectations and the rims had to undergo stringent QC test at production factory.
During the measurement process Tristan from Hurry tyres took precise measurement of the tyre offsets to ensure that the rims had sufficient clearance for BBK and fender flush offset. During the installation process the mechanics at Hurry were very friendly and ensured that the rims were installed delicately.

The mock up and CAD drawings were very helpful and as well as the realistic 3D rendering graphics of the wheel which helps me to visualise the actual product.

In the end, I decided to go for customised rims even though I thought it is going to be a lot more expensive. Alas! I searched online, found The Wheel Guys and spoke to Trevor. To my surprise, not only was I able to get all I want in the rims, the price was also much more affordable than I thought. You can even have personalised engraving on the rims at a reasonable price! It’s such a no brainer and I think I will always opt for customised rims in future. Trevor has been extremely helpful and patient with me through out the journey from selection of design and colour to keeping me informed of the manufacturing and delivery progress. Kudos to him. I chanced upon The Wheel Guys from my friends and they have only good things to say about them. What is most attractive is the price that I will be paying for a set of customised forged rims which is a fraction of those that I had shortlisted.
Trevor was experienced and has guided me through the selection of the design that will suit my car and the technical details. A thorough measurement of my current setup ensures that the customised set will fit my setup which includes BBK and suspension. Fine and minor details are well taken care off and Trevor was patient in his approach and clarified any doubts I had promptly and professionally.

What started off as a random PM fling turned into a pretty much full blown affair with quotes, graphics and all sorts of rim-type permutations.
Trevor was really patient despite not knowing my preferences. Explained to me all of their services provided. Some with pictures even 😵

Trevor did not limit the possibilities on the colour and design and made sure I had the mock-up visual before proceeding with manufacturing. Overall, the experience is much better than OEM Brands. I chanced upon them on the FB and was initially a bit sceptical about them. Even though their customized forge rims are cheaper than most of the other brands in the market, the price is still a lot higher than normal cast alloy rims which make me difficult to decide. I decided to meet them to find out more info and eventually I managed to meet up with Ian, Trevor’s partner.
The entire process from payment, design stage, follow-ups with pictures, all the way until the wheels arrived have been the most pleasant & excited experience. As I need to make payment first before they commence the work, I was worried that they can’t deliver to my expectations and may even run the risk of them closing down.
Both Ian and Trevor are patient, responsive, humble and professional during the whole process. Towards the last stage of installing my tyres at Hurry Tyre, Trevor & Tristan from Hurry Tyre eventually managed to secure the stocks for Michelin PS4S as the tyres are running very low stock in Singapore.

Have been on this set of wheels for over 2000km. Quality feel is very good. Wheels looks good and flushed against the car fender and able to clear my brake kit which is what i wanted. Most importantly is, you are able to choose any design and colour that you like for the wheels.
This is probably one of the best aftermarket option I have committed. The service level is top notch from beginning till end. From discussion of design, measurement of car, BBK clearance, production and delivery + installation. Trevor is always able to answer to all the technical questions. You will always be kept updated of the status. The end product is of top quality and I'm super satisfied with it. They are honest people with a heart for the things they do. Keep it up Trevor & Team. This is a 6 star company if you have to compare them to the hotel industry.
At the very start, this company was chanced upon in Facebook. I messaged Trevor to ask for the price and became very interested. This is because i have always wanted a Fan Blade design (something like Tesla wheels) but it is almost non-existent in the open market. The price was considered high if you compare to the open market ones (Alloy types). Furthermore, i was also very worried that they might run away with the money as full payments have to be made prior manufacturing commence. Trevor took great pains assuring me that they "don't fly by night", showed lots of sincerity and that somehow gave me some confidence, although i must admit it was still a risk i am taking.
Even though the risk was there, what surprised me was that the wheel guys offered me more than what i expected. I also got a Customized Center wheel hub cap and also with their help, a set of Titanium bolts. The material used was super light weight and i am loving every second of it.
Earlier, i mentioned about great PR and service recovery is because their factory made a mistake with the design. Instead of trying to find excuses or ways to get away from it, Trevor and their installer (Tristan from Hurry Tyre), made every effort to replace two of the not according to initial design wheels in less than 2 weeks. This includes manufacturing it to delivering and then to installing it. I mean everybody makes mistakes. I can forgive when they admit and i patiently wait for the replacements.
In addition, i would also like to mention Trevor who is very patient, humble and open to his opinions and also demonstrated excellent work ethics. We even met up late in the night at the MSCP at my house estate and exchanged a lot of views and opinions on the best wheel designs. This is going the extra mile or even extra Kilometer.
Finally, the wait is over, the risk was well worth it and Trevor/The Wheel Guys/Hurry Tyre (Tristan) have produced yet another very satisfied customer.
